Master Services Agreement • CallingCRM Platform
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By creating an account, registering on, or utilizing the CallingCRM platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to bind the registered organization.
2. Account Registration & Security
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, and multi-factor authentication tokens. Any action performed under your tenant account is deemed your responsibility.
3. Legal Document Versioning & Acceptance Records
When you register, CallingCRM securely records your explicit consent, including the terms version accepted (Version 1.0), privacy policy version, server-verified UTC timestamp, IP address, and client user-agent. These records are cryptographically and administratively preserved for regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
4. Telecom Regulatory Compliance & Prohibited Activities
You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations (including TRAI / DoT in India and FCC / TCPA in the US). Prohibited activities include unsolicited robocalls, fraud, spoofing, harassment, or distributing malicious payloads through telephony or WhatsApp channels.
5. Call Recordings & Personal Data
Customer call recordings and CRM leads are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for obtaining legal two-party or one-party call recording consent from your call participants as required by your jurisdiction.
